HELLO —

I have been photographing since I received my first digital point-and-shoot as a teen - learning and experimenting with a camera has been a consistent part of my life since then. In 2022, I moved away from other ventures and dove into full-time photo work. My current focus is on weddings and portraiture, though I am always open to projects that may expand my thinking or ignite creativity in new ways.

In my photo work, I am most interested in documenting honest moments — allowing people and spaces to exist as they are, recounting those stories through my images. Many moments as a portrait photographer require the ability to offer guidance, of course (I won’t leave you hanging), but I particularly love what I find when the moment permits me to simply observe and document. I am taken by textures, colors, moments of beauty, of light, humor, connection.. scenes in the walking-by that raise curiosity or elicit feeling.

Beyond the visual, and most importantly, I hope that the humans I photograph feel seen, respected, and taken care of. I want the experience of being photographed to be as joyful and memorable as the photos themselves — for all that characterizes you to be highlighted in artful ways through my images.
